Align is a modern sanctuary that blends evidence-based medicine with depth psychology and contemplative mindfulness practices. Our holistic medical treatments are designed to support migraine therapy, jaw joint (TMJ) relief, neuromuscular pain relief, and deep restorative calm.
Through therapies such as therapeutic Botox combined with massage therapy, acupressure, sound, and meditation practices, we promote lasting alignment of both body and mind. Align Wellness is also the only medical practice in San Diego to offer supportive breathwork, meditation, yoga, and art therapy workshops as part of its integrated approach to healing.
The facility is lead by Dr. Marr who finds fulfillment in helping patients feel beautiful from the inside out. She believes that when people feel confident and aligned in both appearance and wellbeing, they are empowered to pursue their dreams and live fully.

About This Treatment
Temporomandibular disorders (TMD) affect the jaw muscles, temporomandibular joints, and surrounding nerves that contribute to chronic facial pain and migraines. When the complex system of muscles, bones, and joints in the jaw cannot function together properly, patients may experience symptoms such as jaw clenching, teeth grinding, headaches, facial pain, cracked teeth, or broken crowns.
Our TMJ and migraine therapies are designed to relieve muscle tension, reduce inflammation, and restore proper jaw function. Treatments such as therapeutic Botox, dry needling, massage, and acupressure target the underlying muscle activity contributing to pain and headaches. During your consultation, we may also discuss mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques to support long-term relief and jaw relaxation.
