Align is a modern sanctuary that blends evidence-based pain medicine, depth psychology, and contemplative mindfulness practices. Our holistic medical treatments are designed to support migraine therapy, jaw joint (TMJ) relief, neuromuscular pain relief, and deep restorative calm.

Through therapies such as therapeutic Botox combined with massage therapy, acupressure, sound, and meditation practices, we promote lasting alignment of both body and mind. Align Wellness is also the only medical practice in San Diego to offer supportive breathwork, meditation, yoga, art therapy workshops as part of its integrated approach to healing.
